At Beautybird Medspa, our PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy uses your body’s own growth factors to revitalize and rejuvenate the skin. Our providers begin by drawing a small vial of your blood, which is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the plasma. This PRP is rich in platelets that stimulate collagen production and cell regeneration, supporting the skin's natural repair process. When injected into targeted areas of the face, neck, or scalp, PRP works to tighten skin, enhance skin thickness, and restore lost volume, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a naturally youthful look.

  • When will I see results?
    Most clients notice results within 2-4 weeks. For optimal outcomes, we recommend a series of 3-6 treatments.

    How long will results last?
    To maintain lasting effects, a follow-up treatment every 4-6 months is suggested.

    What are the post-care guidelines?
    Your aesthetics provider will give you specific post-care instructions, but in general, we advise avoiding makeup, refraining from touching the injection site, and steering clear of swimming, strenuous exercise, direct sun exposure, and extreme temperature changes for three days after your treatment.

  • How should I prepare for the treatment?


    Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol the day before your procedure to prevent dehydration. We also recommend discontinuing makeup, retinoids, glycolic acids, and vitamin C products for one week prior to your treatment.
